cessna 172 for sale
1967 Cessna 172H (Super)Skyhawk
II
with 180HP Conversion - N1443F
Price:
$58,500
This aircraft has been treated with tender
loving care. I had the 180hp conversion installed at the AirPlains factory in
Wellington, Kansas.
Her name is Betty. She looks nice and performs great. Enjoy short takeoffs of
<500 ft. single pilot
Excellent cruise of up to 150+ MPH true with wheel pants on, and service ceiling
of 17,500' using 10 gph or less.
I crossed the Rockies into Denver at 17,000 IFR with an unexpected load of ice!
Great back-country plane using the STOL kit combined with that extra horsepower
too.
If you are considering a Cessna 182, then you may want to reconsider. This
aircraft performs up to about 95% of
the 182, but with a good deal less expense. No expensive prop overhauls, 2000
hour TBO on an engine with 4 jugs
instead of six, and 10 gph instead of 13+.
